First time experience and it was fabulous. Whomever was cooking on 6/3 did an awesome job! Our pulled pork was tender, juicy and tastie. We also had rib tips, chicken wings and corn bread. It had to be the best we tasted in a while, aside from homemade. Our Siberian Husky even loved it and he is the fussiest pup around. We were very careful in his taste test. We will order again and hope to have the same experience, as we have a large family, so it was worth what we spent. It made our celebration special. Thank you!!

Fire Water BBQ N Brew in Crest Hill, IL is top notch. I went with the three meat platter, Angus beef brisket, pulled pork, BBQ rib tips. and slaw. Everything was very good. I believe brisket is the hardest meat to do well consistently. This brisket was really good. Pretty tender, maybe a little light on smoke but still good. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

Amazing food! Great staff! Kids loved the pork sliders/corn dogs and Macon cheese. Wife and I loved the ribs! And the prices for the quantity of food is awesome. Took plenty home for dinner! Highly recommend the ribs with the coleslaw and fried pickles (ask nicely for the ranch dip for the pickles, worth it).
