Ordered dinner for 5 and food was delicious. Everything was still hot by the time we got home. The cheeseburger was excellent and will definitely be getting again.

The food is good BUT you can never call in your order. The phone will ring, ring, ring,ring, ring aaannnndddd RING! Then when you get someone they put you on HOLD for about 5 to 10 minutes. By the time you wait your driving to the store to place your order! It would be nice for someone to take your order over the phone so when you get there you don't have to wait. I understand places can be short staff but when you get to the store no one is there. I don't see how you can't take 3 minutes out your time to pick up the phone and place your order.

Edit, December 2020: online ordering was a big miss. They never received my order, had to wait in the parking lot while they made it, and yet when I got home it was somehow cold. The past 3 times I’ve gone, the fish has been pretty bad, the breading was really wet. My fries were very cold and very soggy, tasted like the back of a freezer. I don’t think I plan on going back for a while. June 2020: Portions are MASSIVE. Called in to order, the girl over the phone was incredibly polite and friendly. Drove about 10 minutes home and actually had to wait to eat my food because it was so hot. Breading was crispy and had a lot of flavor, fish was well cooked. My dad’s chicken sandwich was huge, well-seasoned, and presented well. You definitely get a lot more than what you pay for!

Cool selection of different sandwiches that I have not seen offered in other places. Very friendly staff working there and were a joy to talk to. Food was really good, and cooked phenomenally. Absolutely zero complaints, can't wait to come back and try something different!
