Is the building wheelchair accessible? Do they have ramps to enter the building?

Yes. Didn't feel like it initially. But we moved towards the back and found the main entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Beautiful ground to walk/play around. Couple of small food stalls.

Ramp to go in the museum but there are steps around the outside of museum. Dont forget to tour around the grounds. Very beautiful.
