Extremely poor service with some staff that reflect 0 pride in the job. Disrespectful. Items are damaged, many items missing (stolen?), burned, hung on hangers crooked, inside out, twisted and balled up. Clothing placed in wardrobes in total disarray. Clothing has permanent heat creases and cooked in wrinkles, lint covered clothing, bleach spots, missing bedding, numerous missing socks, sweaters, bras, pants, and tops. Stolen clothes hangers. It's awful.
Laundry is a complete mess. Items are lost , giving to other residents, damaged.
