The bun thit heo quay up at the front counter sits out at room temp, it contains shrimp and pork, is it safe to eat? No one has had trouble with it? Or do they rotate it out every few hours?

I know they make fresh all day. I get one every time we go, I've never gotten sick..but I understand your concern, proceed at your own risk lol!!

Yes it's very safe to eat. Mr Jon prepared new food every 2 hours because everything sells fast. Mr Jon always has the food at a safe temp so no one gets sick
