They just close whenever they feel like it. When the store actually is open they just close the dressing room instead of just recovering it. Don't get me wrong, I mean I love having to wait in line to buy clothes, then go try them on in the mall restroom, and then go back to the store and wait in line again (if they haven't already closed the store at 5pm on a Tuesday) to return them if they are too big/small, but I guess it could be a deal breaker for some of the more hard to please shoppers. -update: I don't really understand the point of that reply, it doesn't make much sense to close the store several hours early and have all the workers recover. Maybe you can't/won't allow overtime and there is no other time to get the shirts folded? I suppose a messy store would qualify as one of those instances you mentioned. And you said nothing about the dressing rooms. Also I actually do know how to navigate returning an item to a store, but I will certainly reach out to you if I do need any assistance; it should be simple seeing as you left some contact information in your response... Unless you just mean go to the store and hope its not closed like I just said. If it is closed I suppose I could just call and just watch everyone ignore the phone through the rollup. Thanks I guess.
