I will be staying in Whitefish on a ski trip the first week of Feb, I am staying at a pet friendly hotel, and was wondering if I could check in my Min Pin in the mornings and pick her up daily after skiing? or is this mainly an overnight place?

I'm not sure on that. I do know that they do short and long term stays. They have a very nice setup there and dogs are well cared for. Call them and see what arrangements can be made. They try to accommodate everyone's needs. Staff is usually there 24/7.
