You cannot book in advance. In my experience if you come at around 7pm you will find some seats depending on your preference. I prefer seat near stage in a middle. It is normal to share table with other people. Around 9pm some people leave after dinner and then you move to better seats. It doesn't sound like normal American restaurant but it works just fine. Also best day is Saturday. Buddy Guy comes if he is in town and signs merchandises and poses for pictures with people who purchase. Sometimes gives one performance.
