Yes cats are always available and there so cute
The shelter is County ran so any adoption fee changes have to be approved by County Counsel and the remaining adoption fees comes out of their annual budget. Otherwise business and community members can pay to sponsor pets for a reduced or even free price at times.
Good shelter, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
