I checked in was told to wait they sent me a text about 10 minutes later to get in line that someone would be with me shortly after that they told me to go to the back counter that someone would be with me and at that back counter I waited 2 hours my appointment was cancelled twice and I was standing right in front of them good luck definitely make an appointment
