Yea that's a Door Dash problem not a Dunkin problem. I worked for Door Dash for a short time and they are very unorganized and they don't pay much. I've never had problems with The service at Dunkin that I can remember. Go through the drive thru and they are usually very fast. If you can't make it there, try a different delivery service like uber eats or grub hub. I work for both but I can't say anything about how good they are because I've only done a few orders so far. I mainly drive for Lyft. Anyway. Dunkin has great service at the ones I've been to.

I understand the fustration, because I have experience this before with a different restaurant. The problem is not with Dunkin Donuts, if their tablets are down that has alot to do with Doordash (the delivery service app). There's a technical issue with Doordash, cause I worked for a similar company like Doordash. When the system is being upgraded, or changes being made, the system will go down at restaurant. So have patience, I have received fast and friendly service thru the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts.
