Beautiful venue for a nice sized gathering. Steps that lead to the water, full of Lily pads, beautiful floral arrangements in huge concrete pots that top the column entrances, and the two floors of space with at least 3 beverage/bar spaces inside. My words cannot do it justice. There is enough room to have various activities all going on at the same time and allows for a natural flow for people to go from one activity to another and find solace near the water. Absolutely stunning!!! I was only at the venue, did not get an opportunity to see the rest of the grounds.

Such a great beach to go too! Kids and dogs loved it also. If you didn't know better, the scenery reminds you of the ocean!

Great place to take your kids. Nice beach. Amazing views. Or if you just need to take a walk on the water, this is the place. They close at dusk now due to covid.

This park is stunning and so peaceful and serene. The forest preserve is just beautiful. There was literally no one else there the day I went so my hubs and I had the place to ourselves, simply perfection.

Yea some spots get reserved early but it is grill friendly
I was there last week the restrooms at the snack shack were open, and Porta pots were scattered about.
As far as I know the beach will be open.
Yes there is free parking the main road by Marquette park . You will see the gazebo from the road there are tables by the gazebo. At least I hope they are still there and you will see the parking spaces along the roadside. Hope you enjoy yourself And remember Marquette Park is a wonderful place to visit even the fall As the weather cools down you could even enjoy a quiet walk along the beach it has been wonderful place for me over the years I have enjoyed off season at Marquette beach It"s quiet and helps you unwind physically and spiritually. Enjoy yourself.
