Almost positive they do not take reservations first come first serve as a state park. You can't reserve the Mounds but you can reserve Pavilions at first come first serve basis
Im sure they dont reserve the mounds for people. However, they do allowe worship as well as marrages there
You would have to go to the office located just outside the park to find that out.
