Our office is only able to issue records for Ohio, but you can visit the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control website [scdhec.gov] and order records via phone, web, in-person, or mail.

Sorry, you have to contact the health department at the county in which you were born. A lot of times you can mail in the request with a money order and they will mail back the certified document.
