Yes, as Austin said, and you can also reserve the back area table for games or more adult themed groups, or just to have an out of the way spot to game, but there is only one so calling ahead is advised. I'm not sure if there is an extra cost for that other than the $6 minimum, but I don't believe so.
You definitely can, just be considerate of others around you. It's not uncommon for parents to bring their kids here for a game night.
