It's definitely a good place. Kids are free as long at the adult has spent the required amount on themselves, which is easy. They have a great kids play area and plenty of games for young children.
I took my 13 year old daughter there and I think we ended up playing games for about 4 hours. There's tons of fun games that the kids will love, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly so feel free to ask for suggestions.
Children are not allowed only adults. Kid games are only for adults
