What time of day does Walmart have someone available to take passport photos?

Call Walmart and find out. Not sure. Thank you.

Anyone in the photo department can take and process the photos, unfortunately when I was there they had a problem with their printer and no photos could be printed.

I don't think they do this & if they do I've never seen them - so YES CALL FIRST

I would think in the morning hours.
