Let me start by saying it was a pleasure working with Bryce on the purchase of our 2023 kia forte gt line. Always pleasant and informative. Went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. We liked it so much that we purchased another kia 2023 seltos. Bryce was off the day I went back. In stepped Ryan. Ryan also went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Larry the finance person was awesome. So was the sales manager. Thanks for the GREAT DEAL.We will recommend you to all looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had very bad experience's from another Kia dealership in town and Kia themselves felt it nesasary to give me coupons for free oil changes (2 bad engines). My experience using them? I would get told flat out they didn't accept them over the phone so I started coming in(a 30 min drive) to set up the appointment and still would have to go to the cashier after the tech would deny them. When I would tell them the coupons came directly from Kia I would get told very blatantly several times "We are not owed by Kia". I've had them deny one because I was a little over the printed millage even though the coupons don't say "use by". I've had them say they believe they could get me in same day and start to setup a appointment only to see the coupons and change their minds so I had them set it up for the next week and asked him to put in for the filter changes that came with it. When I got there the next week only to be told the same thing about how "it's a pain to get paid by them and you can't use the oil change coupons at the same time as the air filter coupon". When I said that I wanted to talk to the manager if it couldn't be done he had me stand beside his desk while he called Kia then and there only to find out yes that's how it's done. I could list more but the final kick in the pants is during the very last coupon I had, the oil pan gasket was leaking on this 2 year old engine. Originally I was told that most likely it would be a "good will fix because of all I been through" and I set it up for 4 days later. At no point I guess did anyone actually check because AFTER dropping off my car for what I thought was going to be a free fix I got a call that there would be a charge. Just a final kick in the pants. 2 year old engine they installed and admitted on the phone that there was no way I could have made this part go bad. I believe they discounted the work but I really don't feel I should have paid anything. ***Please do better it's not our fault that we have the coupons or that Kia makes it a pain. We are the customer, we already had enough bad experiences. I'm sorry it's a process for you but that isn't our fault and we shouldn't be a part of the retaliation for using them. It made me want to stay clear of you guys.

Last summer my Kia Forte 5 was brought in after the engine blew at only 52,000 miles. I had my vehicle towed to this dealership for warranty work. They kept my car for 2.5 months. Upon receiving my car with a new engine it overheated less than a day and a half later. I brought it back to the dealership and was informed that one of their techs did not properly bleed the cooling system during reassembly. When I took my car to my usual shop for its regular oil change we found a major leak that was not present before the engine was replaced. When I called this dealership concerning this leak I was never given a call back. After trying to reach them multiple times I eventually took my vehicle in to my usual shop to pay for the repairs myself. Pictured below are the 'seals' that were created during dealership reassembly after engine replacement. These were the cause of the leak. I would NOT recommend Celebration Kia for any sort of service work.
