I honestly don't know but most hotels don't charge a visitor. They are extremely friendly and helpful at this hotel so you should call ahead and ask.

I'm pretty sure you can pay by the hour even if you arent staying overnight. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've stayed there several times. Or just say you're with 'room x' and leaving in a short time.
