I notice that too sometimes. It could be a new employee or it could be they are rushing through orders and add a lil too much of an ingredient or not enough of another or both because it's crowded. I hope it's that and it's not someone that doesn't care or know what they're doing. It's happened to me when it's really crowded so I try to go when it's not. Smoothie King truly has the best smoothie in the world.
Maybe its a new employee but if its every weekend at the same place the employee isn't very good at making them I've had that happen to me a few times u need to inform the manager so they can fix the problem
