Once you have your rec on file they can make you a copy, but you do need a rec. At least until January. After that - who knows?
Yes you need a Rec and yes they have veteran discounts but you have to let them know you are a Vet by showing your Vet ID

Yes a medical rec is required. Not top sure about the deals for vets but they do have happy hour everyday and daily deals.
