I go here for the products and the poeple are usually cool. Ive recommend who knows how many people here and every one likes this spot. However I recently went in to get something and mentioned to the girl helping me that I had a product leaking because it was cracked so she could check these before I buy them. She said she couldn't open them so I said fine ill check them after I purchase them and if can return or exchange if broken, she said yeah. Another lady passes by and says if that ever happens to let them know so they can do something about it. I replied ok heres your chance, I don't normally say anything because I don't like confrontation, especially when in not going anywhere with it. She came up with different reasons why she couldn't help me now that im "saying something". Long story short. All she did was give me an anxiety attack. Smh. That's why I come here to begin with.

Yes you will need both all times sometimes they dont ask you for your rec after you going their a few times but then they will when you dont expect it so carry it at all times just in case you dont want to have to go all the way home and back
