Here's what I know unfortunately I've been in the court system my adult life you can have the right to drop any charge you place upon a person or entity but the state has the right to pick up and charge and charge them and continue to prosecute regardless of what you want regardless the government does what they want..
yes I finally got ahold of someone from the court that said they can b dropped all the way up until the person gets arrested..ty melissa howard
I believe you can get them dropped whenever. But there is a fee of 50$
