Great service from great business and people. Had to do two funerals in a months time and they went out of there way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t have given a single star if it were an option. We made several attempts to call left messages with the answering service and each time told our call would be returned. We left messages that we needed my loved ones fingerprint to have memorial items made. His wife gave approval and would be happy to speak with whomever was in charge. They had plenty of time to have this done. Now the excuse is his wife had to give the order well if they had bothered to follow up they would have known she gave approval. Pathetic excuses are all that they give for NOT doing their job. I wouldn’t allow these people to handle funeral services for a stray dog after this experience.

If I could leave a negative 1000 I would. Dan Brown is extremely unprofessional and a liar. It has been 2 months since my father's death and we have not received the correct death certificates. He blames everything on everyone else. In fact the reason why it is partially taking so long is he completely put my mother's name incorrectly on the original death certificate and then states it will be 4-6 weeks to remedy this, which according to vital records and the funeral home association they said maybe 4 days. Up and above all this the correct information wasn't submitted until after a month after notification.
