Yes. Children would be ok, but I think older kids would be more comfortable.
It is an upscale restaurant. I think children would be welcome, that being said, I do not believe they have a kids menu. Not sure I would be willing to spend $20+ on a meal that a child may or may not eat. If you have a child with a sophisticated palate, then I say go for it. I do agree that the setting of the restaurant is geared towards adults, but I have seen I child there on an occasion or two.
I personally wouldn't take children but when we were there the table across from ours has a toddler and a newborn. The staff was quite accommodating and the child was well behaved.
I would think not.
It is very busy and the patrons are largely adults. The staff would welcome children, however as a parent I might feel it was suited more for a date. If they are older and love cooking they would be mezmerized by the stools that over look the kitchen.
Not a run around place. Not a chicken nugget place.
