Because I lost everything in a fire, I have no both certificate or ss card and I lost my license. All I have is a couple forms of mail and haven't worked in a while, so I only have older tax forms. And I tried to get my birth certificate but thay won't things I just don't have. So idk what to do. But need atleast a id card some how. I do have a access card and insurance card and life insurance policy and couple letters from the mail. But that's it. Other than that I have nothing, is it still possible to get a card with that information?
Hello Allan. If it's a first time PA ID, you would have to go to a Full Service PennDOT Center. You will need to provide them with your social security card, birth certificate, and two proofs of your PA residency. That proof could include - a W2, tax documents, bank statement, utility bill, lease agreement, etc. The cost for the ID will be $30.50 and they accept everything but cash. The hours for PennDOT can be found at https://www.dmv.pa.gov. Thank you.
