You have to know which side of residential the Canadian or USA, At the falls each side are mostly tourist attractions
Right by the Falls there are just shops, stores, restaurants and hotels. Further out you get the typical homes like in the States.
There are not many houses Mostly that's a tourist attraction including hotels, shops, restaurants, casino etc
Like any other houses in any other city, nothing special
The area around Niagara falls is mainly for tourists and the residential areas are further away.
You have Niagara Canada, and Niagara U.S. In canada houses do look old but, they are pretty modern and renewed on the inside making them look nice and obviously appeal the price the seller is asking for.
You might have to cross the bridge for housing which is about 15 mins drive. But its worth the drive if you wish to stay there.
Well there are relatively lesser houses there but there may be difference because of higher humidity there
