I went last week and the observation deck was free because it's out of season.
The falls are free! The rest becomes as expensive or cheap as you make it. Shop around for hotel prices, they vary wildly. And from what I saw, you'd be okay to go and get a room once you arrive as long as it's not high season. There were rooms for $50 a night just before New Years. Hope that helps.
It depends upon from where u r traveling .. if u r single person traveling to Niagara from near by place to Niagara than its better to take some tour package - its cheap but if u r more people and know to drive than it better option to drive ans c the places. The tour operator charges around $250 - 260 per person from Montreal (including attaraction) for 2 day trip. Best of luck !!!
Thats impossible to answer, it depends what you eant to do there and how long you staying. You can drive there enjoybthe falls and not oay a dime or you can go snd check the bird and butterflies sanctuary and many of the other activities. I woukd say 200$-400$ for a family if you want to really see a lot of what this city offers.
Depends on what your doing. To see the falls it's free
