The falls can be viewed for free. Parking a car might cost a modest fee.
To see the the falls, it's free. Parking in the area is anywhere from $5-$10 dollars. There are lots of shops and attractions in the area so that can get expensive depending on which ones you do. For example, you will spend about $80 for hours of fun at Captains Jacks fun house which also had arcade and laser tag (which I recommend it really was a great time). We stopped at a candy shop and got everyone caramel apples (4 total) and that ran us $20 (they were delicious). We bought our doggie long sleeved pjs for $25. Niagara Falls souvenir mugs will run you $8-$20 each. Hotels are about $70 and up but they add alot of charges so fees can quickly add up. They almost all add a parking fee $10-$20 a night. A lot of them also have attractions in them and they will charge you a daily fee to use them even if you dont. Our hotel only had a pool and they still charged this fee. Our pet stay fee was $20 a night.
You can buy a package for a day pass worth 60$ for some of the attractions(per person). For the hotel, it depends on the hotel that you are getting.
It would depend on which hotel or Inn you're staying. And like for how many days.

Where can you get the day pads or buy for transportation?
Niagara Falls is free to visit. There is also a "Behind the falls" tour at the visitor center for $20. As long as there is snow (until around the end of March) the lower platform is not open. There are also no ships at this time. There are day tours from Toronto (starting at 8 a.m. to around 4/5 p.m.) for EUR 89.
Parking lots change in price according to demand. But matching on the edge is free. What it costs is the boat ride. The horse drawn carriage ride is about $ 60 and tells you about the legends along the way. Very beautiful!

How much does the boat ride cost?
