I have two questions. first, does this place have a squat rack NOT A SMITH MACHINE a squat rack? second do they allow deadlifting that is quite and controlled?

There is a squat rack at snap in Trevor Wisconsin. And second,deadlift how you want even if it's loud and out of control!!! Stay safe 💪
