If you mean whether they fit the chair to your needs - absolutely. The PT and one of their techs worked hard until they got my leg extensions and angle the Right way. When I left I still needed the part they built for me. They let me take it.
Not sure what a "custom wheelchair clinic" refers to. They have a totally accessible wheelchair facility. From the parking lot to the elevator doors, all level access.
