Weather changes dramatically from seaon to season. At summers height it can get into the 80s. In summer the water can get into the upper 60s the first TOP 12" but the wave action mixes things up. Kids don't seem bothered by it. Did you know that enough water evaporates at times to provide a daily supply for a city the size of Los Angeles?
Depends on the season and time of day. In April it was warm and very nice. There's plenty of trees to provide shade. Water was freezing cold...too cold to swim but the water is crystal clear.
