Go to the Social Security Administration of your town. Tell the clerk that you need a new SS card. He will ask you for your SS #. In order to look you up in the system. Take your passport or citizenship certificate with you, for he may require prove of ID. Give him the reason as to why you need a new one wether you loss the old one or it was stolen... In 14 business day you will be receiving your new card with no major complications whatsoever.
