The names on your I.d. must match exactly. The actual ss card and drivers license.
You have to have the actual ss card. No copies. Also drivers license and proof of address (mail within the past 30 days)
I have new license now but still waiting on new ss card they take forever and i really need this i have a trip saturday so i guess im out of luck thanks...
