No appointment walk in but take 4 hours after that next visits take 30-45 min
Yes you need an appointment unless they've changed it within the past couple of weeks. It's best to come in as early as possible to set your appointment. You cannot call to make the appointment. You will have to sign up at booth 7 when you arrive.
