Why is the service so lacking. Food was sub par the hamburger I ordered, the burger was pre cooked ,staff more interested in there cell phone, not to mention not washing there hands,how do I know these things ,40 yes food service, safe Serv certifie

It is better at lunch than dinner.

You must have just had a very bad experience. I go for lunch twice a week and the lunch crew is awesome. Always quick service. I have been disappointed a couple of times but have still returned. Cell phones that another prob. altogether. Its their generation. I don't get it.

I totally agree with Henry Smith about that the staff who be working on the evening shifts are more concern about talking and chatting on their cell phones than taking care of their customers who come here because it's more convenient for must of us who live in this area but if they keep acting like they don't care about their customers you'll going to loose a really good percentage of your custumers, if I were you I'll keep an eye on who's doing their job appropriately and according to the restaurant policy and guide lines otherwise you might start loosing must of your good custumers cause I'm one of them who have seen and also been mistreated at this same location often times but not all the time., it all depends on who's working on the evening shift but I don't get it because the staff who work the other shifts are not like that they treat their clients with respect and dignity and everyone is happy and satisfied and we all keep coming back for the good food and service that

Service is almost always horrible after 6 pm at this location. Long wait for barely warm food and unfriendly staff. Earlier all is well.
