I was a patient for 2 weeks. Like clockwork i was seen and my burn healing progress was photographed by my surgeon when i was bathed. I felt as if my recovery was more team focused. The staff was well informed by the doctors so i really didn't have any issues. It does seem like the doctors are busy, but i still felt well cared for.
Your question is not clear. But doctors are generally very busy so they try to give you a faster answer and reduce the load on doctors by letting you get answers from staff first. If you insist you will get to talk to the doctor but will take you longer to get answers. Note that I don't work there and I'm not a medical doctor.
