The truth KFC sucks, you got 4 legs probably because you came at rush or close to closing when the fryers were just being broken down or cleaned out. When this happens their suppose to ask you what other meat would you prefer instead if they run short on certain pieces. If you prefer dark meat and they only have legs left that's what your getting legs.
KFC in Waukesha (Sunset) has been on a steady decline for the past couple years. Golden Chicken is a much better and tastier value. This is another reason I keep hoping (and ever so often pleading through email with their corporate) that Popeye's will open a store or two in Waukesha. I'd be a regular customer, especially for the sides of Cajun fries and red beans and rice, or dirty rice. Btw, KFC's thighs these days are almost indistinguishable from the wings, they are that small and shriveled up. Not so appealing to someone like me who loves the dark meat.
Yeah, that doesn't sound great. Luckily, what this location lacks in accuracy, it makes up for in friendliness. I'm sure a call or visit, discussing the issue would result in some sort of compensation. Would be nice if things were a little improved though.
