Thats because the other 2 that work there are always to busy out front hanging out with there freinds. Must be nice to have a job like that .To hell with the customer!!!!!
Because that was the day that paper umbrellas were a hot item and you chose that store to get your weekly supply of Metamucil. They simply weren't prepared. Why didn't you pick another day to complain about?
