Did a great job with install and the office staff was helpful with scheduling. We had many delays on this renovation and they kept up with us and worked with us to the end. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.

Was told by the sub that came to do work. Was over charged. I live off of disability and the fact they over charged me is a big slap to the face. The sub told me I could of went to a smaller company and paid less. Man I truly appreciate the sub for the honesty. But 50 floors is a shady company and I will not be recommending them or the use of any of their products.

Had Rigid Core Plank installed 7/19, so it's been 3 years. I am surprised it has held up well, considering the water and heavy items dropped on the floor. Chose it, because it's very common, is dark brown and easy to clean. Does show debris, but that makes you quickly get the broom or vacuum out. More expensive textured plank is harder to sweep or mop.50 floor was similar in cost to other contractors, but 50 floor moves everything and it was a big job to move our packed home and pull out the engineered flooring. Might of been cheaper to have the subcontractor do it directly, but I wanted a labor warranty. The sales guy, Chris Best came out 3 times to finalize the sale, but he never came back after the job was finished. The installation took 2.5 days in a 1700 sf home with a 3 man crew. They were competent; especially dealing with the bathrooms and toilets. They also left a full sealed box of flooring for possible future replacement or repair. In summary; be careful as price matching is easy, but finding a responsible, competent installation crew is critical. Would I choose 50 floor for my next home? I would get an estimate from them and 3-4 other contractors.
