I was literally just there and whoever the lady is at the front desk she needs to stay in the back because she lacks any customer service skills. Lady: how can I help you Me: yes I have an appt for 3 pedicures Lady: pic out your polish Me: asking her questions Lady: completely ignores every single one My daughter: Ma she rude and has poor customer service let’s go somewhere else Moral of the story treat your customers like you want them there not like your annoyed by them

Went in for a medicure and polish start coming off less than an hour later without me touching anything. Polish was not smooth at all. Next time I will call over the manager. Wasted my money!

This place is terrible , I signed the book sat there for 40 minutes they took about 10 people in front of me and finally I said something they said they thought I was waiting for someone, even though I signed the book like everyone else. They apologized then start speaking Chinese among each other. Bad service experience
