No you dont have to have a tax number to shop there... Open to the general public... Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.... And they dont have an actual auction anymore... They used to..hense the name but it is auction prices on individual items now... Great place.. new items weekly... I love it...
No and it's not really a auction any more. Its a huge store with product changing daily ay really good prices.
If you do have a tax ID you can sign up there to purchase wholesale box lots
