I took the time to fully make an account with SmartStyle. I then set my appointment time and made sure it was well before the location closed. I then drove 25 minutes to the store and checked in as it stated to do online. I walked in to sign the sheet and the stylist asked what I wanted and I told her i made an online appointment she then stated that she wouldn't be able to cut my hair due to having too many things to do and there wouldn't be time before close. After going through the process and it stating there was an available time to get my haircut done I should have been able to get the haircut. This needs to be fixed and on top of this she was extremely rude about it. I will never go back to this place. I would recommend that anyone else go to another place also. I ended up going to Peace.Love&Haircut's and I will never go anywhere else now so if you have had a bad experience try going to the same place as me and I have no doubt that you will be happy.

Had an appointment with Ashley @12:30. Some advice, Don't waste your time on a stylist that has none and lacks professionalism and is oblivious to time management. Really your loss Ashley.

Deonna did a great job cutting my hair this morning! I had soooo many dead ends that needed to be gone! She listened and asked questions and even suggested a few things not to mention she was very sweet too! The layers she did are perfect! Definitely recommend her!
