Saw KIM today for laser hair removal (Brazilian and underarm) and she was AMAZING. Before we even started, she explained the process, how long it takes, etc. She was so patient and kind while doing the treatments - constantly asking if I was okay, if I needed a break… it made me (as a first timer with laser) feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was so kind and I even got a goody bag when I left! Ty Sedora team!
