Yes. The basic rules are: You may donate no more than two times in any 7-day period, and you cannot donate on two consecutive days. This points up one small 'catch' with your plan. If this week's first donation is on Wednesday, then the '2 in 7 days' rule stops you from going back to donate on Tuesday, next week...or ever, unless you skip a donation in-between.
