At least 1 day, but you have to obey the twice in 7 days rule also. So if you donate on Thursday and Sunday at CSL you would be eligible on Thursday.

As Lisa said, the basic rule is that you can donate no more than twice in any 7-day period, and you can't donate on consecutive days.
