It is income based as it is a HUD subsidized apartment complex.
Lutherhaus is a senior complex of people ages 62 and over and is HUD subsidized, so income based. We do not take vouchers here. We can accept applications from people who want to apply with mobility disabilities under age 62. We invite you to call and talk with the manager, currently Sandi, because there also are income guidelines issued by HUD, but they change slightly each year and can change 2-3 times in one year. We are centered in the Viewmont area near the Lenoir-Rhyne campus, with sidewalks, drug and grocery stores, banks and library - indeed, a great location! Posted by Manager Sandi
