My uncle lives here. It's affordable for Seniors on a fixed income and Sandy in Management is one of the sweetest and caring people I've ever met. There are activities for the Seniors who want to participate! There's fellowship worship and religious options as well. I'm currently trying to get my mother in there. It will be an easy process with Sandy I'm sure. The only thing is the fuss at Unc about his smoking 🚬 lol but he's almost 80 I don't think he's gonna quit he's smoked for over 60 years 🤣🥶 lol. Good people for the most part.

Cute retirement place. My Mother-In-Law lives here. They go by your income, as far as I know. I think the only down side is the church next to it rings its bells every hour, and its on the grounds of Lenoir-Rhyne University so its busy during semesters. Otherwise its pretty, cute, quiet and fairly well kept.
