Good day, I was an employee at the park for several years. You can rent the pool and/or slides and/or splash pad for your event before or after normal operating hours through mid-August. Please call the number listed on Google and ask for additional details. You can reserve a party at the water park but not just the pool. I would call or check the website for details.
No I don't think so because people buy season passes for the park. You could have a party at the covered picnic tables, you may have to reserve, and then everyone could go swimming afterwards though.
