They don't sell pets. Local rescue groups hold adoption events at the store. You may want to call the store to find out when the next event is.
They do not have live animals at this store. Also please do research before adopting any pet, and do not buy from a pet store, adopt instead.

Only cats I see there for adoptions...whenever I would rarely pop in.

They host adoption events and the animals they host are brought by the various rescue organizations. If you want to widen your selection to find a good fit, you can check out the adoption events but also go to your local ACC (animal care center). They have a lot of dogs and cats to choose from!
